"They are always helpful with scheduling problems. The hygienist staff have been very quick, efficient, and detailed. They also teach you tips to do things better at home. I had a pain with a crown and they immediately book me to get it fixed. The dentist is helpful in describing things in a simple and useful manner. The office staff are helpful figuring insurance things out and help setup payments if needed. Very pleased with the service."

"Excellent service. The Doctors, the staff, everything is really nice here. I had my implant done here. It took a long time because of my conditions but the staff, the doctors were very good to follow up, give recommendations and patiently wait until all was ready. I finally got my implant completed today and looks awesome. Dr. Kimbell and Jackie were amazing during the process as well as the entire team, front desk, assistants, all of you."
- Jose L.
"My experience was perfect in every way. The office was running on time, and all employees were friendly and professional. I am very uncomfortable at the dentist and the experience here was much more comfortable. I also asked for a referral to an oral surgeon so I could be put out for an extraction and implant. The surgeon to whom I was referred was excellent. I will definitely be coming back to your office."
- Kathy R.
"Had to find a dentist in El Paso. I accompanied my daughter during her visit and was quite impressed with her experience. Everyone was courteous, professional, answered my questions. I had concerns about my tooth implant and was happy to find that Dr Kimbal has experience in that area also."
- Janet P.
"Dr. Perkins and his assistant Dani where very professionals and courteous. Not only they’ve done a great job but also fast and efficient, therefore minimizing the risk for infections. After the painless operation (for an implant), it was a thorough follow up with great care and completeness. From the medication needed for an speedy recovery to a follow up phone call. I highly recommended."

Dental implants are the best way of replacing teeth because they utilize titanium. Titanium implants cannot decay and they fuse with the patient's bone. Once an implant is placed, the patient's bone "takes" the placement biologically, and it becomes a lifelong lasting root for a crown, bridge, or full arch. Another benefit of implants is that they preserve the jaw bone & prevent it from dwindling away.
As the patient, you will always have the final say on what dental procedure you want done. However, we do have to tell you all of the pro's and con's of each treatment type. While regular dentures may be more inexpensive upfront, they are a terrible tooth replacement option long term. The majority of regular denture patients turn out to hate their new teeth months later because they cause pain & discomfort. Additionally, regular dentures do not preserve the jaw bone like implants do.
No! With the miracle of modern medicine, we can put you under during the operation to ensure that pain is not felt. The idea of getting implants is scary to many individuals because of this concern of pain. Any pain you would feel after the operation can be significantly reduced, if not fully mitigated with a doctor's prescription of pain killers.
